Tŷ Cefn has 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom One has a Kingsize bed and a double wardrobe (plus hairdryer)

Bedroom two has twin beds, which can be pushed together to form a second King bed.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower above it.

One of the two settees in the living room is also a Sofa Bed, so alternative sleeping arrangements can be made if necessary.  Both the kitchen and living room have dining tables which can be extended to seat several people. The four dining chairs can be supplemented with fold down garden chairs if needed.  There is a bookcase with a wide range of books in it, catering for many tastes, but with a particular emphasis on birds and natural history.

The kitchen is very well equipped, with many casserole dishes and a wide range of utensils. There is a washing machine, Neff Oven and hob, fridge, freezer, steamer, microwave and toaster, but there is no dishwasher. The bungalow is floored throughout with non slip Italian tiles and colourful rugs. French doors from the living room open out into the front garden, but there is also a garden at the back, part patio, part grass. A lock up garage is available for those with bikes and canoes, and in here will be found a tumble dryer, clothes line and garden furniture. There is an outdoor tap and hose.

The property has direct access from the garden to the marsh via a little lane. It doesn’t have the immediate views enjoyed at Tŷ Hyfryd, but in consequence the little garden is very secluded and sheltered.
