Tŷ Hyfryd has 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom one has a King size bed and extensive wardrobes, in which is incorporated a TV and DVD player.
Bedroom two has twin beds, which can easily be pushed together to form a second King size bed.
Bedroom three is a single room, with wardrobe, a bookcase with a wide range of books, a radio and CD player and hairdryer.
Bedroom four is a small single room with a 2'6" bed and a bookcase full of children's books.
The bathroom includes both a bath and a walk in shower.
The living room, with french doors opening on to the patio, includes a 5 seater leather settee and armchair, plus tv and dvd player. Besides a radiator, there is a log burning stove; please let us know before hand if you wish to use this. Logs will be provided.
The kitchen is modern and extremely well equipped, and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, blender, steamer and microwave. We have tried to put in all the items that we personally would like to find there. The dining table can be extended. It seats six very comfortably, but by using fold down garden chairs could seat more on occasions. French doors open onto the patio and great marsh views. There is a telescope, through which the ponies, sheep and birds can be viewed at will.
The lock up garage can be used for storing bikes or canoes, and there is also a tumble dryer and garden furniture in there. There is a washing line for drying clothes. Within the garden there is a two storey children’s playhouse, in which are to be found various toys and games. There is a lawned area both at the back and front of the house, but the back garden is particularly secluded. Through a secure garden gate there is direct access onto the Marsh. (See top photo of garden wall and the marsh beyond) At low tide the Marsh is a brilliant place for supervised children to fly kites, ride bikes along the lane, or investigate the wildlife in the little pools. At high spring tides the water comes to the edge of the lane, and with the famous sunsets, can provide the most spectacular views.
